Kristina Wyatt has joined The Conservation Fund as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. The Fund works to conserve working forests and farms in the US, safeguard habitats, expand access to the outdoors, and support local economies. Wyatt served as a Special Senior Counsel for Climate and ESG at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 2021-2022, and from 2022 held the position of General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer at Persefoni, a carbon accounting and sustainability reporting company.
Molly Helmuth has started a new position as Director, Climate Financial Risk and Resilience Lead, at TRC Companies, Inc., a global consulting, engineering and construction management firm headquartered in Connecticut. Helmuth previously worked at Abt Associates as Senior Project Director for the Comprehensive Action for Climate Change Initiative (CACCI), a USAID-led initiative focused on fulfilling countries’ climate mitigation and adaptation goals. She has also performed consulting and advisory roles for the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, and global solutions and technology provider ICF.
Arindam Bhattacharya has joined Tailwind Futures as a Managing Partner. The move to the adaptation investment platform follows a long career at Schlumberger, a Houston-based technology company, where he most recently worked on incubating and developing new business ventures for the SLB New Energy (SNE) group.

New Roles & Promotions
Jamie Fergusson has been appointed Global Director for Climate at the World Bank Group, focused on supporting smart development and climate resilient growth across emerging markets. His previous role was Global Director, Climate Business. He has been with the World Bank since 2005.
Rohan Hamden has joined climate risk analytics company Jupiter Intelligence as Director of Global Banking. Hamden was formerly CEO and Co-Founder of XDI (The Cross Dependency Initiative) an Australia-based physical climate risk intelligence firm. Jupiter CEO Rich Sorkin said Hamden would focus on expanding the company’s footprint with Tier 1 banks and financial institutions.
Greg Dusek has established Dusek Coastal Science & Consulting. The 14-year veteran of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will partner with public and private organizations to better understand and predict coastal hazards and identify opportunities for federal collaboration and funding.
Linda Hölscher has been appointed Director for Adaptation to Climate Change, Adaptation Finance and Climate Risk Assessment at Berlin-based adelphi, an independent consultancy for climate, environment and development. She previously served as a Senior Advisor and Research Analyst at the group.
Helen Wiley has been appointed the first Director of Programs at Insurance for Good, a US non-profit assembling a “community of practice” around innovative risk transfer approaches amidst worsening climate shocks. Willey previously served on the non-profit’s board. Before that, she held the position of Director, Preparedness Program Director at social impact organization SBP.
Tee Barr has been appointed Chief Strategy and Intelligence Officer at a stealth start-up shaping how climate risk, geospatial intelligence, and AI inform consequential financial and operational decisions. In this role, Barr will lead strategic intelligence, market positioning, and the translation of spatial risk insight into scalable impact.
Max Joshua is taking on an expanded role at Earth Fire Alliance, a non-profit coalition focused on delivering real-time data from all wildfires on Earth. They will serve as Director of Strategic Partnerships, dedicated to packaging fire data for national and global distribution. Recently, Joshua has provided advisory services to non-profits and stat-ups including Atmos Impact, Larta Institute, and GLG.
Peter Havers has become an advisor to Ingrained Digital, where he will work to build the personal brands of climate tech and adaptation and resilience founders. Havers is a LinkedIn Top Voice, contributor to Trellis Group (formerly GreenBiz), and previously wrote extensively about climate solutions for net zero conference Innovation Zero.
Departures
Sylvain Vanston has exited MSCI, where he worked from 2021 as Global Head of Climate & Biodiversity Investment Research. Prior to this, he served at insurer AXA as Group Head of Climate Change & Biodiversity. He is seeking sustainability and climate roles within private equity, asset management, and banking, among other opportunities.
Rene A Ramos has left JP Morgan after 18 years. He most recently served as Climate Risk Executive / Head of EMEA and Latin America Integration.
James Close has ended his career with NatWest Group, where he had served as Head of Climate Change since 2021. He will continue to advise NatWest and be a non-executive director of FourTwoThree, the climate action and sustainable finance platform spun out from the bank.
